Birth data: Date of birth, exact time of birth (if known), and city/location of birth. For synastry and trio readings, we also collect this data for the other person(s) involved.

Your questions: The specific questions you submit as part of your reading request.

Payment information: Credit card or payment details are collected and processed entirely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your full card number.

Automatically collected data: When you visit our website, we may collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URL through analytics tools.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

To create your reading: Your birth data and questions are used solely to generate your personalized astrological reading.

To deliver your reading: Your email is used to send you your completed reading (PDF) or session details (live readings).

To process payment: Payment data is passed to Stripe to complete your transaction.

To communicate with you: We may email you about your order status, delivery updates, or to follow up on your reading.

To improve our services: Anonymous, aggregated analytics data helps us understand how visitors use our website so we can improve the experience.

We do not use your birth data or questions for any purpose other than creating your reading.

03Information Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is only shared with the following parties, strictly as needed:

Stripe (payment processor): Receives your payment information to process transactions. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Resend (email delivery): Used to send you order confirmation and notification emails. Subject to Resend's Privacy Policy.

Vercel (website hosting): Our website is hosted on Vercel. Standard server logs may be collected. Subject to Vercel's Privacy Policy.

Cal.com (scheduling for live readings): If you book a live reading, your name and booking details are processed through Cal.com. Subject to Cal.com's Privacy Policy.

Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

04Data Storage & Security

Your personal data (name, birth information, questions) is stored securely and access is limited to the owner of sips after midnight for the sole purpose of creating your reading.

Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified, the highest level of security certification in the payments industry.

We use HTTPS encryption on our entire website to protect data in transit. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

05Data Retention

We retain your personal information (name, birth data, questions, and reading content) for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, typically up to 12 months after delivery of your reading.

Payment records may be retained longer as required for accounting and tax compliance.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (see "Your Rights" below).
